Анотація
У статті висвітлено проблеми поліпшення ефективності впровадження і використання засобів ІКТ навчального призначення, які постають згідно з цілями підвищенням якості і доступності освіти. Показано, що дані питання тісно пов’язані зі специфічними методологічними підходами до оцінювання якості, відбору та використання засобів та ресурсів ІКТ-навчання, що виникають у контексті розвитку перспективних інформаційно-технологічних платформ подання та постачання цих ресурсів.
